You carry pressure that most people canβt imagine. Iβve carried it too β for a nation, under stadium lights. I now coach a select number of executives and entrepreneurs in Dubai and Paris who use boxing to release tension, sharpen their edge, and build a long-term training practice. No sparring. No audience. Just you and 22 years of elite experience.
"The ring taught me something boardrooms confirm every day:
the hardest battles are the ones nobody sees.
That's exactly why my clients come to me."
I don't do one-offs. I work with my clients year-round on a structured bi-weekly rotation between Paris and Dubai. During each Dubai residency, I'm available for five consecutive training days β the rhythm of a professional athlete.
This isn't about squeezing in a workout. It's about building a serious practice over months and years. Among 600+ people I've coached, around twenty have trained with me long-term and reached advanced boxing level β all without sparring. That's what's possible with consistency and the right guidance.
This model creates natural scarcity. I only take a limited number of private clients per Dubai residency. Once spots are filled, the next available window is two weeks out. If this resonates with how you operate, we should talk.
Every session is built around you β your stress levels, your energy, your objectives. I bring 22 years of elite combat experience to help you release pressure, build confidence, and walk out sharper than you walked in.
The ultimate stress release. Hit pads, not people. Channel frustration into precision. Walk out with a clear mind and the technical skills of a trained fighter β without ever taking a hit.
When boxing isn't enough to burn it all off. Kicks, knees, elbows, clinch β the art of eight limbs demands full-body engagement. The deepest physical reset you'll ever experience.
Your body reflects your lifestyle. When work takes over, your physique pays the price. I use a fighter's approach to body recomposition β efficient, progressive, and built around your real schedule.
I started Muay Thai at 12. Won the French Heavyweight Championship. Transitioned to boxing in 2010 and by 2013, I was training at INSEP β France's most elite sports institute β as a member of the French Olympic Boxing Team preparing for the Games.
At that level, your sparring partners are the best in the world. I shared the ring with Tony Yoka β Olympic and World Heavyweight Champion β as well as Francis Ngannou, former UFC Heavyweight Champion, and K-1 legend Sergei Kharitonov. That's the level of intensity I was forged in.
What I learned goes far beyond technique. I learned to perform under crushing pressure. To manage fear. To stay sharp when everything around you is chaos. I built businesses in parallel with my athletic career β and found the exact same battles in boardrooms as in the ring.
That's what I transfer to my clients. Not just how to throw a jab β but how to carry yourself when the pressure is on. How to decompress when the weight of decisions follows you home. How to use your body to reset your mind.
Every session follows a structure refined over thousands of hours. You walk in carrying stress. You walk out lighter, sharper, and more focused.
We start by leaving the day behind. Functional warm-up, mobility work, and breathing β drawn from professional fight camps. Your mind begins to shift from boardroom mode to combat mode. The outside world fades.
The core of the session. Pad work, technique, combinations, movement. This is where the pressure comes out β through your fists, through your focus. Each session is different: some days we refine technique, others we burn everything down. I read you and adapt.
Controlled cool-down. Heart rate comes back. We debrief β what worked, what to focus on next. You leave with a clear head, a physical sense of accomplishment, and the knowledge that you just trained with someone who's been where the stakes are highest.
I don't sell individual sessions. The results I promise require consistency β and consistency requires commitment. Five sessions a week is the rhythm of a professional athlete. It's how I trained, and it's how my most successful clients train.
This is not a luxury expense. It's an investment in your performance, your stress management, and your long-term health. My clients are people who understand that equation.
We work together on an ongoing basis β month after month. Breaks and lighter weeks are built in around your schedule, travel, and holidays.
If 5 sessions/week doesn't fit your current schedule, we'll discuss the right starting point during our call. What matters most is that you're serious about building a real practice β not looking for a one-off experience.
"His standards and attention to detail go beyond what you could ever expect from a boxing coach. This is a different level entirely."
"The sessions are a perfect calibration of discipline, technical precision, and genuine encouragement. He pushed me past limits I didn't know I had."
"Donald isn't just a boxing coach β he rebuilt how I approach physical training entirely. The nutrition guidance alone transformed my body."
"I've been training with Donald for years. The consistency, the methodology, the human connection β there's nobody else I'd trust with my training."
It starts with a 15-minute phone call. We talk about your life, your stress points, your goals. I'll tell you honestly if I can help β and if we're the right fit to work together.
No hard sell. No pressure. Just a conversation between two professionals.
